How Clubs Work

Schedule

Most clubs meet once or twice a week during lunch breaks or after school (3:45-5:00 PM). Some activities may require additional time commitments for competitions, performances, or special events.

Selection Process

At the beginning of each term, students select their preferred activities during our Activities Fair. While we try to accommodate all preferences, some popular clubs may have limited spaces. Students are encouraged to try new activities each term.

Student-Led Initiatives

We encourage students to propose and lead new clubs based on their interests. Students with ideas for new clubs should speak with the Activities Coordinator and find a staff sponsor.

Primary School

Students in Years 1-6 participate in a rotating schedule of activities during the school day, with optional after-school clubs available for Years 3-6.

Secondary School

Students in Years 7-13 select from a wide range of clubs and activities each term, with a requirement to participate in at least one activity per term.
