Our Learning Support Team
Our dedicated team of learning support specialists brings expertise in various areas of educational support. The team includes:
Learning Support Coordinator who oversees the program and ensures cohesive support across all grade levels
Learning Support Teachers with specialized training in differentiated instruction and intervention strategies
School Counselor who provides social-emotional support and guidance
EAL Specialists who support students developing English language proficiency
External Consultants including educational psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists as needed
Our Support Process
Identification
Through teacher referrals, parent concerns, or assessment data, we identify students who may benefit from additional support.
Assessment
Our learning support team conducts appropriate assessments to understand the student's specific needs and strengths.
Individual Learning Plan
We develop a personalized plan with specific goals, strategies, and accommodations tailored to the student.
Implementation
Support is provided through in-class differentiation, small group work, or individual sessions as appropriate.
Monitoring and Review
Regular progress monitoring ensures strategies are effective, with plans adjusted as needed.
